I was astounded when I saw how you have managed to restore all the upholstery on
the chairs and bench seating in our club, even the carpets which are many years old
have come up like new. The extra work you performed, such as replacing and
tightening screws on chairs, cleaning the air conditioning vents and ceiling fans
was something we had not considered. The air quality is now fresh and has changed
from the smoky smell which was present. Many thanks for your hard work and
endeavours, a job well done. Your Corporate Care Plan was a big influence in our
decision to give you the contract to clean the club from top to bottom. We would be

The number of firms offering carpet cleaning is quite confusing. I was lucky
that 2 of your satisfied customers recommended you. You arrived on time, carried
out the work most professionally, with the minimum of disruption, for the price
quoted. I was impressed by the modern equipment used, which produced results far
beyond my expectations. I was particularly pleased with my lounge carpet, which
despite being over 20 years old, now looks like new with its colour fully restored.

Just a line to say thank you for cleaning both my hall carpets and my oriental
rugs the other day. As you know, I was impressed how beautifully everything came
up, especially the rugs which are of great value - they were obviously filthy due
to them being in the hallway for eight years or so and now they look exactly as
they did when I first had them ! Thanks again. P.S. I have told my ex-husband who
still deals in rugs all about you, (he even noticed them and asked who had cleaned
them!)

We contacted you after our house was flooded by a burst pipe in the loft. Within
the hour, Spic 'n' Span came to our rescue. Taking care of everything, you cleaned
and dried from top to bottom, moving all of our furniture, we did not have to lift

I am so glad we found out about you from our friends. We had actually booked a
cleaning company with a chemical system but decided to get a quote from a company
using the "Hot Water Extraction" system. Your quote was £115 and theirs was £230.
Carpets cleaned throughout the house with excellent results, even the off-white
carpet in the lounge which was 5 years old. So, we won both ways, saving money and
great results. That is what we call real value for money !!

I felt that I had to write to you after your recent visit to my home to clean my
cream leather suite. As I informed you, I have used various products of late, to
try to clean the dirt off, ranging from products recommended by the company who
sold me the suite to products that I have bought off the shelf ( none of which came
anywhere near to cleaning even half the dirt & grime off it ), but did manage
to scratch and damage my new suite. However you and your cleaning product has not
only managed to clean off some but all of the dirt and grime that has built up in
the short amount of time that I have had the suite. I can not believe that anyone
could make my suite look brand new again and I would have no hesitation in
recommending ( and I shall ) you and your product to all and anyone who will listen
!!
