When we clean carpets or upholstery for our corporate customers, it is usually on
an annual, half
yearly or quarterly basis depending upon
usage. The cleaning program can include one off ‘Hot Water
Extraction’ cleaning to
interim maintenance
cleaning for appearance
purposes.
What we have found from experience is that after cleaning, small spillage’s may occur from time to
time by accident and they can
cause unsightly
stains or marks which will not be removed
under normal circumstances until the next cleaning cycle is due. With this in
mind, we have developed our
‘Corporate
Care Program’. The benefits of this
program are that any properties on which we have a carpet or upholstery cleaning contract would benefit from
our fast
response emergency clean-up service, whereby a
cleaning technician would be sent to remove any marks from carpets as a result of accidental spillage
at no extra
cost to you the client.
The benefits to you would be:
ü Up to 6 visits between major cleans to
remove marks or stains.
ü A uniformly clean carpet without unsightly stains between
cleans.
ü A possible saving of money on insurance
excesses.
ü No call-out
charges
ü No stain removal charges (often a minimum
charge of £70).
Indeed, the savings per property could be considerable!!

Obviously we cannot come out every week to attend to spillage's and marks but we are willing to attend every site with a
contract, up
to 3 times per year, Free of Charge, to spot
clean carpets or upholstery that have been cleaned and protected by us. We cannot offer this service on
carpets or upholstery that have not had protection treatment applied by us.
As long as we have a reasonable contract with your company for each property serviced, we would provide this
revolutionaryservice at no extra cost to you. It is our way of saying to our customers that we value their
custom and are happy to perform these tasks
as a thank-you for your custom. It also indicates to prospective clients that once we have cleaned their carpets
they can expect
good looking carpets and upholstery until
the time comes for the next major clean.
Please do not think that because we offer this superb service we load the prices of our
cleaning, because we do not. Because we are a
specialist cleaning company our charges are not the lowest you will come across, but neither are they the most
expensive, our
charges are in fact lower than any large national franchise operation in the country. Our charges have always reflected

money’ , but now they reflect
